Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 base + Bonus + OT

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Supervisor:
- Lead daily A/R and collections activities to reduce delinquent balances and improve cash flow.
- Monitor aging reports, prioritize collection strategies, and manage escalations for high-risk accounts.
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice disputes, payment delays, and account issues.
- Support collaboration across Billing, Cash Applications, Project Management, and Operations teams.
- Coach, mentor, and provide day-to-day guidance to Accounts Receivable team members.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support reporting, KPI tracking, and standardization efforts.
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Supervisor:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Similar
- 5+ years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Order-to-Cash, or Shared Services experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience within Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Shared Services.
- Strong expertise in A/R Aging, Collections, Account Reconciliations, and Dispute Resolution.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Formulas, VLookup/XLookup, and Pivot Tables.
