Ford of Pleasanton is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our growing accounting department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with numbers, and take pride in accuracy, we'd love to meet you.
As part of the El Toro Auto Group, you'll work with a team that values integrity, teamwork, and professional growth while supporting one of South Texas' premier Ford dealerships.
What You'll Do- Process and post new and used vehicle deals accurately and efficiently.
- Review sales and finance paperwork for completeness and compliance.
- Verify contracts, funding documents, and supporting paperwork.
- Stock in vehicle purchases, dealer trades, and wholesale transactions.
- Reconcile accounting schedules and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate digital and paper deal files.
- Assist with month-end accounting procedures and reporting.
- Automotive dealership billing or accounting experience preferred.
- Dealer track DMS experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
