Crescent Hotels & Resorts - 300 East Travis Street - Responsibilities:
Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report by auditing Point of Service tapes/Journals to breakdown revenue, covers, tips, and settlements;
Run audit reports/journals from front office system, Point of Sale, and computer; make corrections and adjustments;
Input revenue/expenses/allowances into the front office system to generate daily reports such as Guest Ledger Summary and Daily Restaurant Summary;
Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for next day operations;
Maintain files and reset the system for next day operations
