Description
A leading public accounting and advisory firm in San Antonio, TX seeks a Senior Tax Manager.
This full-time hybrid role involves overseeing complex tax engagements and developing high-performing teams.
The position requires a strong grasp of tax compliance and consulting, with an emphasis on leadership and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Lead complex tax engagements for various clients.
Manage workflows and coordinate between teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Review tax returns for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Provide tax planning and consulting to support client decisions.
Mentor staff and promote a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;
Master's preferred.
Active CPA license required.
7–10 years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
Minimum 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
Strong expertise in business and individual taxation, including multi-state compliance.
