This is more than an entry-level AP role. The Accounting Manager is looking for someone with strong Accounts Payable experience who can be mentored into a future lead position and eventually oversee the department in her absence.
Must Have:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Professional communication and a positive attitude
- Able to work onsite Monday–Friday
Preferred:
- High-volume AP experience
- Invoice reconciliation and vendor issue resolution
- Month-end balancing/reconciliations
- Experience supporting Controllers or Accounting Managers
- Leadership potential or experience training/mentoring others
- Automotive accounting is a plus, but not required
