Title: Development Accounting Specialist

Compensation: Up to $56,000

• Get direct exposure to real estate development projects and financial operations
• Build practical accounting experience across AP/AR, budgeting, and reporting
• Gain hands‑on involvement with project draws and lender interactions

• Process AP/AR transactions, including invoice coding, payments, and reconciliations
• Assist with project budgets, financial reporting, and monthly draw tracking
• Support draw requests and upload funding packages to lenders/equity partners
• Reconcile employee expenses and allocate costs to development projects
• Maintain accurate financial records and support audit documentation

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s a plus)
• 2+ years of accounting or administrative experience (real estate or construction preferred)
• Experience with accounting systems and strong Excel skills
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
