We Search People partners with a well established specialty subcontractor in San Antonio to recruit an experienced Construction Accountant who will manage project accounting and financial operations, serving as the link between project managers, estimators and general contractors.
Key duties include AIA pay applications, WIP tracking, job costing, lien waivers, and payroll processing for job sites, with Sage 300 or Quick Books and Procore/Textura exposure. A strong Excel skillset is required.
