The Mahoney Group LLC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of one of our clients—a nationally recognized Top 20 CPA & Advisory firm with more than 3,000 professionals across the U.S. and internationally.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager or Director to join a growing Private Client Services practice in San Antonio.

This opportunity is ideal for a tax professional who enjoys advising High-Net-Worth individuals, family-owned businesses, trusts, estates, and closely held companies while building long-term client relationships within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

• CPA required.
• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong background serving High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals, business owners, and private clients.
• Trust & Estate tax experience is highly preferred.
• Experience advising construction companies, contractors, developers, or construction business owners is a significant plus.
• Proven ability to manage complex tax engagements and lead client relationships.
• Experience mentoring and developing staff.
