We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations for multiple business entities. The ideal candidate will have strong Quick Books Online experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, highly organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, processing transactions, and supporting financial reporting across multiple business entities.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain bookkeeping records in Quick Books Online
• Manage accounting activity for multiple business entities
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Process vendor payments and assist with billing as needed
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and external accounting professionals as needed
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting procedures

• Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong experience with Quick Books Online
• Experience working with multiple business entities required
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and general accounting practices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

• Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses
• Experience with payroll, sales tax, or intercompany transactions
• Associates or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, accounting, or a related field

The pay range for this position is $40,000-$60,000 annually
