Key Responsibilities for the CORPORATE ACCOUNTING MANAGER:

• Lead corporate accounting operations with oversight of two accounting staff and ensuring general ledger integrity.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial results.
• Support consolidated financial reporting and corporate reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, accounting policies, and internal controls.
• Partner across the organization to drive business initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications for the CORPORATE ACCOUNTING MANAGER:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with a mix of public accounting and industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading accounting teams, including performance management, employee development, coaching, and succession planning.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience driving process improvements within a corporate accounting environment.
• CPA or CPA eligibility preferred.
