• Build valuable experience supporting programs funded through federal and state sources

• Manage grant invoicing, billing, and collections for federal and state-funded programs

• Assist with month-end close activities and accounts receivable reconciliations

• Prepare financial reports, grant reports, and supporting documentation

• Support compliance with grant requirements and applicable regulations

• Assist with audit schedules and financial statement support

• Monitor grant budgets and program financial performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment

• Strong accounts receivable and general ledger experience

• Experience with grant accounting, reporting, and compliance preferred
