• Own the revenue process, including daily revenue tracking, invoicing, and accounts receivable follow-up
• Convert approved field tickets into customer invoices within 48 hours
• Review field activity, customer contracts, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate billing
• Assist with revenue forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and process improvements
• Maintain accurate revenue and AR records within SAP Business One and Field Cap

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of Revenue Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Invoicing experience
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and the revenue cycle
• Experience with in energy, oilfield services, manufacturing, construction, water services, or a related industry
• Exceptional attention to detail and a natural ability to identify discrepancies
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and customer accounts
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across Operations and Accounting
• A hungry, motivated mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and expand your responsibilities
• Experience with SAP Business One, Field Cap, or similar systems is a plus
