CPA Tax Manager - Family Office

Long-term CPA Tax Manager and Accounting Supervisor role with a third-generation family-owned management company in San Antonio’s Lincoln Heights neighborhood. This is a permanent, in-person leadership position for a licensed CPA who wants to build a lasting career—not a short-term or transitional assignment. You will serve as a key strategic partner. You will lead tax planning and compliance across corporate, trust, partnership, nonprofit, and individual entities, and you will supervise day-to-day accounting operations for a small, collaborative team.

Your work will shape financial strategy in a low-bureaucracy environment where your judgment is used and your voice matters. Compensation is $130,000–$200,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, with health insurance and paid time off. The schedule is Monday–Friday, on site, typically 40–50 hours per week and additional hours as needed during tax season.
