As an Associate Analyst, you'll work at our Service Delivery Center (SDC), a core component of the Government & Infrastructure practice (G&I) in San Antonio, TX. The Service Delivery Center is made up of high-performing, US-based teams who work closely with our experienced professionals to deliver project-based work and managed services to our federal clients.
Your key responsibilities- Assist with the administration of audit reporting and documentation by compiling data into reports
- Identify potential audit issues or unusual relationships from analysis of financial statements
- Assist in applying accounting and auditing concepts to client situations by checking the accuracy of reports and documentation
- Document the execution of specific audit procedures
- Identify opportunities to enhance audit techniques
- Assist in creating audit and accounting client deliverables by maintaining version control of documentation and compiling data into reports
- Assist with financial and audit data analytics by compiling data into easily readable reports
- Assist in the collection of financial and audit data for weekly / monthly and ad hoc reporting by gathering data reporting and analyzing data for possible risks
- Execute on and deliver engagement specific tasks as directed
- United States citizenship; must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance or higher
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related field with a strong academic record (3.0 GPA or above).
- Ability to progress towards achieving CDFM or CGFM certification
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and assist in problem solving
- Ability to work with accounting, business management and/or technology concepts
- Flexibility and ability to work with a nationally distributed team
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Ability to become proficient with Tableau and Visio
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and follow up on open issues
- Excellent English language skills – both written and verbal
- Travel may be required up to 20% of your time

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in the US is $51,500. Individual salaries are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
