   YOUR TYPICAL DAY...
   
   Serve as a key business partner to the Controller while leading core accounting operations for the organization.

Own and lead the monthly close process, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis

Provide meaningful financial insights that support executive decision-making across the business

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 accounting professionals
   
   YOU HAVE...
   
   Expertise in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close leadership8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience within manufacturing or a related industry

Proven experience leading and developing accounting teams

Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements

Experience working within ERP environments

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
   
   EXTRA CREDIT!
   
   Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred CPA and/or MBAJD Edwards experience
