Position Requirements- High School Diploma, Associate degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of healthcare staff scheduling experience.
- Experience with ADP enterprise platform is preferred.
- Demonstrates competent computer skills to include use of MS Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Must have good work ethic and integrity.
- Dependability and ability to perform work with minimum supervision.
- Excellent personal skills and problem solving skills.
- Passionate about work.
PPDG is recruiting to hire multiple Scheduling Coordinators to ensure optimal staffing levels and coverage across various shifts and locations. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing employee schedules, utilizing technology to facilitate communication and collaboration with remote staff. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with remote teams.
