  • Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general community information
  • Assist residents with questions, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • Complete administrative tasks including sign-ins, reservations, announcements, and light clerical duties
  • Coordinate with front desk volunteers, including scheduling and ongoing communication to ensure consistent coverage
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and facilitating resident activities and programs
  • Encourage resident participation and promote social connection and engagement
  • Support and execute special events, outings, and community celebrations
  • Set up, break down, and organize activity spaces, supplies, and equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure programming reflects resident interests, abilities, and needs
Communication & Coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between residents and internal departments
  • Communicate daily updates, event reminders, and important community information to residents
  • Maintain accurate calendars, sign-up sheets, and attendance records
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and team members
