Data Entry Manager

We are looking to add an ENTRY LEVEL Data Entry Specialist to our team. We provide all training to start a new career. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance and record keeping.

• Enter, audit and reconcile customer accounts receivable before and after data entry.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, answering phone calls and handling routine correspondence.
• Participate in the department to discuss status and performance of tasks and required deliverables.
• Comply with company policies and applicable federal regulations.
• Other duties as required.
• Must perform work with the highest level and attention to detail.

• Must accurately enter and store all information in accordance with the responsibilities and duties of the position.
• Must have a general sense of knowledge and understanding of company procedures pertaining to the job function.
• Must achieve established work standards of quantity and quality consistently by process or function.

• Previous experience in data entry or other related fields.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Detail and deadline oriented.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word and Outlook is required.

• At least 6 months of general office and data entry experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using MS Office, Outlook and Word (preferred).

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and numerical aptitude.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
