- 2:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m.
- 3:00 p.m., but that can be flexible. Job duties will be to answer phone calls, greet guests and vendors in the front lobby, handle packages/shipping, order lunches, manage the calendar, manage office supplies, manage break room supplies, etc.
Candidates should have:
- 1+ years of relevant experience, such as receptionist or administrative assistant experience
- Intermediate MS Office skills, the ability to work through Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to help the team in all tasks, big or small, be a great teammate.
