Role Overview

Manage administrative operations while preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial and residential door supply projects. Serve as a key point of contact between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare detailed project estimates and bids based on blueprints and specifications
• Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and clients regarding pricing and project timelines
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and job documentation
• Maintain organized records of contracts, proposals, and project files
• Coordinate material orders and track delivery schedules
• Provide customer service support and respond to inquiries
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and general office administration

• Construction estimating and blueprint reading
• Knowledge of doors, frames, and hardware (DFH) materials
• Quick Books (if applicable), Microsoft Office, and estimating software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculations
• Professional communication skills

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
