Network Registrar (Centralized Support)
Your Mission
The Network Registrar plays a critical role in day-to-day campus operations by providing high-quality, customer-centered support across multiple campuses. This role ensures the accurate management, maintenance, and confidentiality of student records—including enrollment, attendance, grades, transfers, and health documentation—so that information is timely, compliant, and easily accessible for campuses and network teams. Network Registrars partners closely with campus leadership, families, and network operations to ensure consistent and efficient systems that support student success across the network.
Network Registrars report directly to the Director of PEIMS & SIS and work in close collaboration with campus leadership and school operations teams.
Campus Assignment Structure- Network Registrars are assigned to two to three campuses
, depending on student enrollment, operational complexity, and network needs. - Campus assignments may shift over time to ensure equitable workload distribution and efficient support across the network.
- The Director of PEIMS and SIS will establish the schedule of the Network Registrar to address the needs of the campus and the day-to-day registrar duties
Enrollment, Attendance, and Student Records
- Support enrollment, withdrawals, and student transfers for assigned campuses, including the collection and verification of required documentation.
- Process and maintain student records, including transcripts, cumulative folders, and student data in student information systems.
- Ensure daily attendance and required student data are accurately recorded and monitored across assigned campuses.
- Partner with families and campus teams to support attendance goals and manage withdrawals.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital student records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data integrity standards.
- Prepare and support student data reports for campus and network leadership.
- Collaborate with campus and network operations teams to ensure consistent systems and smooth campus operations.
- Enter class schedules for new and returning students during peak times of the school year and on an ongoing basis as enrollment occurs.
- Assist with master schedule entries in SIS platforms
- Provide responsive customer service to parents/guardians, students, and campus staff while supporting the campus as assigned.
- Coordinate parent communications in both English and Spanish.
- Support recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families as needed.
- Provide front office or receptionist support as needed
, including answering phones and emails, as scheduled and as deemed necessary, to support specific campuses. - Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support campus and network operations.
- High School diploma or GED required;
Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred. - Prior experience with school records or student information systems preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to support multiple campuses simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry, tracking, and electronic file management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, ethics, and discretion.
- Full-time, non-exempt, 12-month position
- Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Year-round role with in-town travel between assigned campuses
Compensation and Benefits
- Year-round position with annual salary ranging from $36,, dependent upon experience (equivalent of approximately $20-26/hour)
