The Real Estate Assistant is a full‑time, on‑site role based in San Antonio, TX. This role supports real estate agents and leadership with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, preparing documents and presentations, and maintaining organized digital and physical files. The Real Estate Assistant will help coordinate property showings, track listings and transactions, update databases and CRM systems, and assist with listing input and changes in MLS or similar platforms.
The role includes responding to phone, email, and in‑person inquiries, supporting marketing efforts such as flyers, basic social media updates, and open house preparation, and ensuring timely follow‑up with clients, vendors, and partners. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to maintain smooth office operations, support deal flow, and uphold a professional, client‑focused environment.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, agents, builders, and vendors.
- Knowledge of Real Estate processes, terminology, and transaction workflows, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proven Administrative Assistance and Organization Skills, including scheduling, document management, and attention to detail.
- Comfort with basic technology tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, document preparation software).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast‑paced, on‑site office environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive client and transaction information.
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a related administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in real estate or business is a plus.
