Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour / 30+ hours per week
What we provide: This is a part‑time with benefits position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. As the Operations Clerk, you will provide administrative support for the Operations division. This includes tracking procurement via requisition orders and processing payments through purchase orders to ensure the team has the resources they need to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities- Manage division expense tracking; ensure payment via purchase orders in Oracle and coordinate with the Finance Division.
- Procure operating supplies for operational and administrative locations.
- Coordinate third‑party vendor calls for service, track work order status, and process invoices for payment.
- Work with the maintenance division by submitting and tracking work orders in Maximo.
- Support Operations Base with proper record management, tracking, and retention.
- Conduct initial division screening of applicants for mid‑tier positions, and schedule follow‑up interviews as needed.
- Process Operations Division administrative transfers, pay‑rate adjustments, promotions, and terminations in Dayforce – Human Resources’ web‑based platform.
- Assist with scheduling, mainly focusing on Work Crew, Leadership, and Full‑Time schedules.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Serve as a liaison between vendors and management.
- Maintain Division Leadership schedule.
- Handle miscellaneous office duties including answering phones, receiving or sending out mail, corresponding via e‑mail, filing, light cleaning, and other duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Valid State Driver’s License and at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and time‑management skills.
- Positive, creative, outgoing, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and a leader by example.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications, similar reporting tools, and ability to maintain written records.
- All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
