Position Summary

The Executive Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership within a fast-paced, highly visible environment. This role serves as a trusted partner to executive management, handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities, communications, project coordination, and special assignments. The ideal candidate is an experienced administrative professional with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative support to executive leadership and assist with daily operational needs.
  • Draft, edit, and manage professional email correspondence on behalf of leadership
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute memos, reports, presentations, and other executive communications.
  • Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, stakeholder briefings, and governing bodies.
  • Coordinate and track special projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain data related to departmental initiatives and compliance requirements
  • Communicate regularly with internal departments, leadership teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up with departments to obtain required information, documentation, and status updates.
  • Assist with department-wide initiatives, training coordination efforts, and cross-functional projects.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and support executive priorities as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative and project-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required
  • Minimum of two years of business analysis, project analysis, project coordination, administrative support, or related professional experience required
  • Previous experience providing executive-level administrative support
