Overview

POSITION TITLE: Campus Coordinator

CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

STATUS: Full-time (40 hrs.)

LOCATION: CBC Southside

REPORTS TO: Southside Campus Pastor

Job Summary

The Campus Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations, growth, and excellence of the campus. This position assists the Campus Pastor with administrative tasks, event coordination, and facility management, ensuring the campus operates effectively and delivers an exceptional experience for members, guests, and All-Stars.

Essential Functions

  • Manage the Campus Pastor’s schedule and coordinate campus-related appointments.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner (within 24 hours).
  • Perform data entry and updates in The Rock or other church management software i.e. Espace, Asana, Netchex, etc.
  • Process invoices, check requests, reimbursements, and supply orders.
  • Assist with budget tracking in SAGE, Ramp credit card reconciliation, and financial record keeping.
  • Order and maintain office, hospitality, and ministry supplies.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings, monthly all-staff meetings, and other meetings as needed.
  • Maintain organized records and files for campus operations.
  • Prepare and maintain the facility for services, small groups, and events.
  • Assist with opening/closing the campus for meetings and activities.
  • Support the Campus Pastor before, during, and after services.
  • Oversee facility preparation and ensure team coverage for all services/events.
  • Help foster a welcoming and high-touch environment for attendees and guests.
  • Monitor services to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Manage weekly paperwork (invoices, check requests, and orders) and send to Finance as needed.
  • Assist with planning and executing campus events, funerals, and special programs.
  • Support conferences, outreach initiatives, and special gatherings hosted at the campus.
  • Partner with Teams Director to support campus needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position (40 hours). Scheduled hours are, Mon. – Thurs. with occasional evenings and weekends as job duties demand. Flexible with occasional schedule changes.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to do the following:

  • Must have good or corrected vision as well as effective peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must have good manual dexterity and be able to use repetitive motion of the hands, wrists, and arms.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to move about inside and outside the church building to perform a variety of tasks.
  • Must be able to frequently lift 15 pounds and/or push/pull objects up to 50 pounds
  • Occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2-5 years of experience in administrative/clerical roles (preferred).
Work Environment

Duties are performed in an office setting and/or in a church setting where the work and general environment may be hectic refore, it is essential that the employee can effectively handle the normal anxieties associated with the job and manage multiple projects in a service-oriented environment. Environmental noise levels are minimal.
