Position: Client Services Manager / Office Manager

Client Services Manager

Clayton Services is searching for a Client Services Manager to join a well-established financial services organization in San Antonio. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for supporting client relationships, processing account service requests, coordinating office operations, and providing administrative support to a team of financial professionals.

Job Type: Direct Hire Pay Rate: $60,000 - $80,000/year Benefits:
Medical, 401(k) w/ match, PTO, and more.

Client Services Manager Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Process client account service requests, including distributions, beneficiary updates, address changes, account transfers, contribution modifications, and other account maintenance activities
  • Coordinate client communications and ensure requests are completed accurately and timely
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and meeting preparation
  • Maintain client records and documentation within company systems
  • Support payroll processing and general administrative office functions
  • Assist with office operations and ensure a professional client experience
  • Monitor advisor licensing and registration requirements
  • Support client events, marketing initiatives, and business development activities
  • Collaborate with advisors and support staff to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Bilingual Spanish skills preferred
Client Services Manager

Education and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in client services, administrative support, office management, or operations
  • Experience with in financial services, banking, insurance, accounting, wealth management, or other professional services environments preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  • Experience handling confidential client information
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
