The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position involves handling a variety of tasks, ranging from managing communication, organizing files, coordinating schedules, to assisting with day-to-day office duties.

• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
• Organize and maintain office files and records systematically
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus
• Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
