Ticketing Administrative Assistant
The Ticketing Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Season Ticket Membership department to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations. This role assists with ticket member account administration, invoicing support, scheduling coordination, document management, and data entry while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. The position serves as a key support resource for department leadership and collaborates across internal teams to support season ticket member service initiatives and organizational goals.
What You’ll Do:- Provides administrative support to Season Ticket Membership leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, inbox support, and organization of departmental materials and documents.
- Assists with ticket member account administration, including filing and maintaining season ticket member contracts, processing data entry tasks, and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Supports invoicing, expense reporting, and tracking customer activity while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information.
- Monitors and manages assigned tasks, follow‑ups, and project deadlines to support timely completion of department initiatives and operational requests.
- Coordinates meetings, appointments, and departmental events while communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Collaborates with team members to improve administrative processes and support service initiatives for season ticket members and prospective clients.
- Performs other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or business‑related education preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year of administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including occasional evenings, weekends, and event hours as needed.
- Ability to navigate effectively within an arena or event environment.
- Strong active listening, organizational, and conflict management skills preferred.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer.
- Ability to frequently communicate and exchange accurate information in person, over the phone, and electronically.
- Ability to move about the office and arena environment to attend meetings and support departmental operations.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to work in a sports and entertainment venue environment with moderate to loud noise levels during events.
