Touchstone Communities is seeking a Traveling Business Office Manager to support financial, billing, and administrative operations across our senior living and long-term care communities in Texas. In this role, you will travel between facilities to oversee resident billing, A/R, A/P, payroll coordination, and month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. You will train and mentor onsite business office staff, partner closely with clinical and administrative leaders, and promote our family-oriented culture of compassionate, team-based care.

Ideal candidates bring strong healthcare finance experience, excellent Excel and EMR/billing system skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
