Communication Arts Office Assistant (Spring 2026)

Academic Year:

The Student Assistant for Communication Arts provides multifaceted support to the Communication Arts Department.

• General office assistance.
• Typing.
• Running errands through out the university campus.
• Check in/check out equipment.
• Assist with social media efforts and event planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to communicate both verbally and written.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Social Media Platforms.
• Word Press and website experience.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
• Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA.

Current full‑time UIW Communication Arts student.

Flexible work hours Monday – Friday.

May be required to sit for extended periods and may need to lift items up to 25 lbs.
