Position SummaryThe Student Assistant for Communication Arts provides multifaceted support to the Communication Arts Department.
Essential Functions- General office assistance.
- Typing.
- Running errands through out the university campus.
- Check in/check out equipment.
- Assist with social media efforts and event planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms.
- Word Press and website experience.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
- Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA.
Current full‑time UIW Communication Arts student.

Required Certifications, Licenses or RegistrationsNone.
Work HoursFlexible work hours Monday – Friday.
Physical DemandsMay be required to sit for extended periods and may need to lift items up to 25 lbs.
