Essential Duties
- Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member.
- Take and distribute accurate messages.
- Greet public and clients.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail, fax, scan and copy documents.
- Maintain office filing systems, update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information, co‑ordinate and organize appointments.
- Keep office area clean and tidy.
- Provides office services by using administrative systems, following procedures and policies, and assisting with different projects as needed.
- 18 years or older
- Bilingual
- Able to work Saturday and Sunday
- Previous cash handling experience
- Organization and planning skills
- Manage work assigned and prioritizing skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving ability
- Attention to detail
- Accuracy, flexibility, reliability, teamwork
- Must pass background check and consumer report
