- State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist
- State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. - Greet clients and visitors, assist with check-in, and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Answer incoming calls, provide basic information, schedule appointments, and route inquiries as needed.
- Maintain accurate client records, notes, and communications within the agency CRM.
- Collect, organize, scan, and process documents to support policy changes, applications, and service requests.
- Accept and process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate payment records.
- Assist clients with basic account needs, including online account registration and document collection.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, filing, and maintaining a professional reception area.
- Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and office software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
