Coverage Coordinator
Responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules and ensuring effective shift coverage to meet client needs. This is a great opportunity for a solution‑oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Full-time | On-site | Monday–Friday, daytime business hours
Responsibilities- Manage scheduling and shift assignments to optimize caregiver utilization
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts using sound judgment
- Foster strong relationships with clients and caregivers to support effective communication and collaboration
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous scheduling experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
