Senior On-Site Service Specialist – Managed Services
Pay: $18.75/hour
Hours:
Monday–Friday; 10-hour shifts (Overtime as needed)

Overview Join a professional print and mail services team supporting daily business operations in a fast-paced office environment. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys balancing administrative tasks with hands-on production work. You'll assist with mail processing, print services, document management, shipping, and customer support while working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Job Description- Sort and distribute incoming coupons, mail, and marketing materials.
- Deliver weekly sales and marketing materials to store mailboxes.
- Monitor shared email inboxes and incoming work requests.
- Track daily production goals and follow up with management.
- Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, and document imaging equipment.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and receiving activities.
- Assemble shipping boxes and prepare packages for distribution.
- Perform binding, finishing, quality control, and document preparation.
- Maintain copier supplies and clear minor equipment jams.
- Respond to customer service requests and job status inquiries.
- Maintain production logs, inventory records, and billing documentation.
- Support meeting room setups, filing, and general office operations.
- Assist coworkers and adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of office, print, mailroom, or administrative experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Professional demeanor and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50–55 pounds as needed).
- Push mail carts and move materials throughout the facility.
- Reach, bend, stretch, and stack pallets or boxes.
- Work overtime or adjusted schedules when business needs require.
- Previous experience in a print shop, mailroom, or document services environment.
- Experience operating high-volume printers, copiers, scanners, or bindery equipment.
- Manual pallet jack experience.
- Shipping and receiving experience.
- Basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
- Experience with document management systems and digital imaging software.
