Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into company systems.

Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies, ensuring high-quality output.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Organize and maintain physical and electronic files for easy retrieval.

Generate reports, summaries, and data analysis as required.

Communicate with team members to resolve data inconsistencies or issues.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks.

Good organizational and time-management skills.
