Office Assistant
LHH is actively seeking an Office Assistant for one of our top clients in San Antonio! This will be a contract to hire opportunity with our client and will report onsite to their office in San Antonio.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing essential administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide front desk reception and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Upload client acceptance documents and signed tax authorization forms accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with the preparation, distribution, and tracking of engagement letters.
- Maintain organized records and provide general administrative support as needed.
- Support day-to-day office operations while ensuring a positive client experience.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative, office services, front desk, or related experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, polished demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptable and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.
- This is an on-site position.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.48 per hour
