About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established organization seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to support its corporate office. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, applicants, and team members and plays an important role in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment.

Job Description:

We are seeking a polished and customer-service-focused Front Desk Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced professional setting. In this role, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls and visitors while supporting day-to-day administrative functions throughout the office. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities at once.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3–5 years of directly related receptionist or front desk experience in a professional setting is required
  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday 10am-7pm
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Basic office equipment experience preferred, including copier, fax, shipping, and receiving tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for the organization in a professional, cordial, and efficient manner
  • Manage high-volume communications through a multi-line phone system and email
  • Greet visitors promptly and professionally
  • Manage visitor traffic and deliveries in accordance with security guidelines
  • Direct calls and messages to the appropriate team member
  • Maintain visitor registration records and visitor badges
  • Coordinate meeting room calendars and assist with booking meetings
  • Support administrative projects, including communications, filing, organizing information, and other administrative duties
  • Serve as a resource for team members by directing questions and requests to the appropriate person within the organization
  • Update and maintain contact lists and other online directories
  • Clean and organize meeting rooms following events
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Provide clerical and administrative support as requested
  • Maintain a professional company image through interactions with visitors, applicants, and employees
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
