Data Control Clerk

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Data Control Clerk. Position type:
Full-time. Contract Duration: 20+ Months.

Location:

San Antonio, TX.

• Responsible for coordinating, developing, and maintaining statistical reports.
• Responsible for updating and inputting data into SAP.
• Responsible for answering telephone calls and providing information/directions to both internal and external contacts.
• Responsible for maintaining paper file records.
• Responsible for collecting, reviewing and inputting data into a computer processing system.
• Maintaining control logs, records and coding schemes to process source data using pre-established guidelines to perform the function.
• Responsible for identifying and resolving production related errors.

• Experience of data entry and SAP.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Experience of spreadsheets, databases, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling.
• Experience of data input, transaction processing and data extraction.

Pay Range: $25 - $27/hr pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
