Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Benefits & Administrative Assistant to support employee benefits administration and day-to-day office operations. This position will assist with benefits enrollment, employee inquiries, maintaining confidential records, data entry, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with employee benefits enrollment and changes
• Respond to employee questions and provide administrative support
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• Assist with payroll-related documentation and reporting
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office communications
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents
• Support HR and management with special projects as needed

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of administrative, HR, or benefits-related experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
