Vista Innovative Solutions (VIS) is seeking a Business Support Management Specialist in San Antonio, TX to support administrative and business operations and program support activities. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting the JTS Enterprise Support contract.
What You’ll Do:- Support task tracking and meetings.
- Support correspondence, records, and document control.
- Provide executive and administrative support.
- Support travel coordination.
- Prepare status reports and briefings.
Required:
- Associate degree in business administration, management, finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative operations, business operations, or program support.
- Experience with task tracking, meetings, correspondence, records and document control, executive support, travel, and preparation of status reports and briefings.
- CAC eligibility required.
- T1 investigation requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Relevant DoD administrative or Defense Travel System (DTS) training.
