Administrative​/Clerical Assistant

We are currently seeking a Part-Time
Administrative/Clerical Associate to join our Cowboy Alamo City Harley-Davidson Team.

• Assist Human Resource department with filing, creating benefit packets and other miscellaneous tasks
• Assist accounting with posting invoices and miscellaneous account payable duties
• Organizing Files
• Make runs to bank, post office etc.
• Additional tasks given by management

• Some experience or current college studies in Human Resources preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving skills
• Team oriented with the ability to work with others and also individually
• Ability to adapt and be flexible, while keeping a positive attitude
• Valid Drivers License with Clean driving record
• Willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
