Role Description

The Administrative Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in San Antonio, TX. This role is responsible for performing day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and supporting office operations. The Administrative Assistant will assist instructors and leadership with document preparation, student information management, and coordination of training activities. The role includes greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, organizing files, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

This position requires consistent attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced educational setting.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office tasks, records, and daily operations efficiently.
  • Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to respond to inquiries, support students, and interact with staff and external partners.
  • Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, including scheduling, document preparation, and support for leadership as needed.
  • Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy.
  • Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and office software.
  • Candidates should possess a customer service mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a student-focused environment.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or front-office role, preferably in education or healthcare, is beneficial.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or coursework in office administration or healthcare is a plus.
