Automotive Service Advisor

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Automotive Service Advisor located in San Antonio, TX. The Automotive Service Advisor will serve as the main point of contact between customers and the repair team. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair appointments, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing clear communication, and proactively managing service processes. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, providing cost estimates, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

• Strong knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair
• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Problem‑solving abilities and organizational skills
• Proficiency with service management software is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with technicians and staff in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in an automotive service advisor role is preferred
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
