Master Diagnostic Toyota Technician
At Cavender Auto Family, the 2nd largest Toyota dealership in America and the largest in the Gulf States, we are seeking an experienced Master Diagnostic Toyota Technician to join our high‑volume, high‑performance service team. The role involves performing advanced diagnostics and repairs in line with Toyota and dealership standards.

- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs in accordance with Toyota and dealership standards
- Diagnose complex engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
- Utilize Toyota diagnostic tools, scan tools, and special service equipment
- Test‑drive vehicles and validate repair accuracy
- Communicate findings and repair needs clearly with Service Advisors
- Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs
- Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Accurately document all repair and diagnostic work
- Support shop efficiency and mentor junior technicians as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Previous experience as a Toyota Service Technician required
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Master or Expert‑level Toyota Technician experience preferred
- ASE and/or Toyota certifications strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass MVR, background check, and pre‑employment drug screen
- Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
