Average earning potential is $6,000 to $8,000 per month.

Principle Automotive is seeking an exceptional Service Advisor to join our rapidly growing dealership. You are a self-starter who enjoys solving problems and managing many different projects  understand the value of procedures, and you know when to think outside the box. You are known for your insights and high integrity; your team relies on you to manage many projects that are your customer’s vehicles, to deliver the vehicles back to the customer on time.

You are continually growing and learning, expanding your knowledge, and you value the opportunity to provide exceptional service ensuring customers are safe in their vehicles. You maintain a strong level of enthusiasm, positivity and productivity with other associates throughout the dealership.

The Service Advisor is a front-line associate who serves as a liaison between the customer and the technician. They assist the customer with taking care of their vehicle, writing the repair order, facilitating the servicing, and walking the customer’s vehicle through the entire service process.

• Greet service customers upon arrival
• Effectively document service concerns
• Initiate automotive service and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and service requests
• Coordinate with Certified Technicians to address service concerns
• Communicate with customers throughout the service process
• Meet and exceed service goals set by management
• Exceed the customer’s expectations as to the overall experience

• OEM experience preferred but not required
• 1 year of experience in a Service Department required
• Previous auto service or sales experience
• Proficient in English
• Professional personal appearance
• Ability to work comfortably with the public
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Clear the criminal background and pre-employment drug screen
