We are seeking an experienced Master Mechanic to join our automotive repair team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of automotive systems and possess a passion for repairing high-performance vehicles, particularly German brands like Porsche, BMW, and Audi. The Master Mechanic will lead a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems and components
• Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and apprentices
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients about repairs
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and service techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive technology are a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing German vehicles, specifically Porsche, BMW, and Audi
• ASE certification preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
