RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage.
  • Communicate with customers regarding repair timelines, costs, and insurance processes.
  • Work directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate and finalize repair estimates and supplements.
  • Create and manage repair orders and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
  • Monitor repair progress and update customers regularly on the status of their vehicle.
  • Identify additional damage during the repair process and submit supplements when necessary.
  • Coordinate with body technicians, painters, and parts departments to ensure proper repair procedures.
  • Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS

  • Energetic, motivated, and punctual
  • Clean driving record and valid Texas DL.
  • Willingness to submit to a background check & drug screen prior to employment.
  • At least one year of experience using electric buffers in a collision or auto body shop.
