Procurement Specialist

Overview

Our client, industry leader in data center construction and technology infrastructure, is seeking a Procurement Specialist 3 to join their team. As a Procurement Specialist 3, you will be part of the procurement department supporting large-scale data center projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with a proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Lead and facilitate procurement activities for large-scale data center construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and draft change orders for scope adjustments.
• Track project costs, schedules, and risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support continuous improvement of sourcing processes.

• At least 3 years of experience managing construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in contract administration and construction purchasing.
• Experience working with equipment procurement and supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
