Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Business Development Manager located in San Antonio, TX. The Business Development Manager will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships. The role includes creating and executing sales strategies, delivering client presentations, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and achieving revenue targets. Strong focus will be placed on market analysis, generating leads, and developing solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications
  • Sales and business development expertise with a proven record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
  • Strategic planning and market analysis abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales software
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the document equipment or technology sales industry is an advantage
