Schedule:
Variable 1st and 2nd shifts based on business needs (5:00 AM – 11:30 PM) Contract Type: 12-Month Contract (Potential to Extend or Convert Based on Performance and Budget)
Position Overview
The San Antonio Team is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level
1) to support site analytics and operational efficiency initiatives. In this role, you will gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources while utilizing a variety of tools and resources to drive operational improvements and informed decision-making.
This position is 100% onsite in San Antonio, TX. All candidates must be available to work variable shifts between 5:00 AM and 11:30 PM based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Build and combine data sources to produce data extracts in support of analytics research.
- Analyze, interpret, and integrate internal and external data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Maintain and improve process efficiency using established process methods, tools, standards, and metrics.
- Develop metrics and support performance reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to support constraints resolution.
- Coordinate workforce approvals, deviations, or changes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and potential areas of risk.
- Model and drive accountability.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with peers, managers, and leadership across multiple levels.
- Work independently with minimal oversight once objectives and processes are understood.
- Foster a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset across teams.
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, including:
- Formulas
- VLookups
- Pivot tables
- Charts
- Filters
- Linking worksheets
- 1+ years of experience analyzing data and making recommendations based on findings.
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment requiring strong communication skills with Program Leadership, internal and external customer representatives, and development teams.
- 1+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work variable 1st and 2nd shifts (5:00 AM – 11:30 PM).
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
- 1+ years of experience collaborating with senior and executive leadership.
- Experience implementing strategies and plans under general direction.
- Experience developing and implementing process improvements.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as:
- Excel
- SQL
- Statistical analysis software
- 12-month contract with potential to extend or convert based on performance and budget.
